Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You will deliver WOW! Customer Service and work under the Store Manager’s guidance to ensure operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have automotive retail experience, strong leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish a plus). A flexible schedule and ASE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities
