Qualificações

• Leadership: demonstrates integrity, decision‑making, and team leadership.
• Bilingual: strong Spanish and English communication required.
• Automotive retail: prior experience preferred.
• ASE Certification: valued for technical service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, reduce shrink.
• Collaborate with departments to deliver seamless customer service and timely deliveries.
• Drive sales targets through smart inventory management and merchandising.
• Uphold safety standards, PPE practices, and compliance with policies.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
