Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for diverse customer base.
• ASE Certification desired to support service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading a high-performing team.
• Train, coach, and supervise associates to deliver WOW! Customer Service.
• Drive sales, monitor inventory levels, and optimize merchandising.
• Maintain safety, cash handling, and loss-prevention processes.
• Collaborate with commercial/depot teams to ensure timely customer deliveries.
