AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance through leadership and exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team, push sales, and ensure WOW! customer service while maintaining operational excellence.

You’ll supervise and develop staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and collaborate with commercial departments to meet goals in a dynamic automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrate integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule: full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, overtime as needed.
• Bilingual: strong Spanish and English communication skills.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification required or helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control, and store procedures for efficiency.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards, promote risk management.
• Support commercial/hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues while upholding policies.
