• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high‑performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals and inventory to drive business results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and operational efficiency.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
