Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop high-performing employees under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Drive sales and manage inventory and returns; merchandising responsibilities.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage; promote risk management.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries and needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
