Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making demonstrated.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: oversee, train, and develop a motivated team.
• Communication: ensure clear interactions with customers and staff.
• Metrics: monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process: follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork: collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management: lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage returns/merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce PPE use and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support: assist in managing commercial hub departments to support deliveries.
• Problem Solving: resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
