Qualifications

• Flexible Schedule: availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual: strong communication in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Maintain clear, effective communications with customers and staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
• Drive sales targets through Part Sales & Inventory management and timely returns.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly while upholding policies.
