Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a retail or automotive environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory, returns and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Support management of commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly while upholding policies.
