Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making skills with strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible, full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and handle returns/merchandising.
• Enforce PPE, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly while upholding policies.
