Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE use.
• Support commercial account deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns swiftly in line with policies.
