Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff to foster a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations and WOW! customer service.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, optimize stock levels, and oversee merchandising and returns processing.
• Enforce safety standards, PPE usage, and compliance with company policies.
• Support commercial account and hub department operations to meet delivery timelines.
