AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver a WOW! customer service experience in an essential automotive retail setting.

Under the Store Manager, you will oversee operations, inventory, and staff development, contributing to store success in Indianapolis. You’ll collaborate with commercial accounts, maintain strong team morale, and ensure safety and compliance while exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail or automotive settings.
• Clear communication with customers and staff.
• Strong focus on achieving sales targets and inventory accuracy.
• Knowledge of store procedures, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Team-oriented with collaborative mindset.
• Experience with commercial accounts is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

• Lead supervision, training, and development of high-performing employees.
