Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team in our New York location. You’ll work under the Store Manager to deliver WOW! Customer Service while managing store operations with excellence.

You will oversee training, inventory, merchandising, and safety compliance, and collaborate with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. ASE certification is preferred and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and drive sales.
• Experience in automotive retail or service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Drive sales targets and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control, and safety compliance.
