Qualifications

• ASE certification is required.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing team under the Store Manager.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards for business success.
• Follow structured store procedures and manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain service excellence.
• Drive sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising; manage returns processing.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards across the store.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet customer needs and timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies.
