AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to help lead a high-performing team and deliver WOW! customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You will support the Store Manager with supervision, training, and daily operations, while driving sales targets and maintaining inventory accuracy. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making, and the ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with integrity and decisive decision-making.
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Excellent communication with customers and team in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail or service is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communications with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory control, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, and reduce shrink.
• Collaborate with commercial departments to meet delivery timelines and customer needs.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use and promote safety practices across the store.
• Support in managing commercial accounts and hub department needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies.
