AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager/MIT to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service in a retail auto parts environment.

Under Store Manager guidance, you will mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold safety and compliance standards while focusing on timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with commercial departments, handle cash processes, and contribute to a culture that values growth, teamwork, and going the extra mile

Qualificações

• Demonstrated leadership abilities with team development experience.
• StrongCommunication skills for customers and staff in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred to support a diverse customer base.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training and developing staff to maintain a high-performing team.
• Communicate clearly with customers and employees to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional service.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow store procedures, manage cash handling, and reduce shrink through disciplined operations.
• Support commercial account & hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
