As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring WOW! customer service in a dynamic automotive retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Strong leadership with a track record of developing teams.
• Ability to manage inventory, sales goals, and store operations.
• Excellent communication in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink, and efficiency.
• Work with store staff and commercial leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, process returns, and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote risk management, and uphold safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support deliveries and needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly while upholding policies.
