AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in Bluffton, Indiana to support the Store Manager by leading a high-performing team, driving sales, and delivering WOW! Customer Service. You will oversee daily operations, training, and merchandising while ensuring safety and compliance.

A strong background in automotive retail with ASE certification and bilingual English/Spanish communication is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with flexible schedule needs.
