AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in Laurel, MT to drive sales performance and develop a high-performing team while delivering WOW service. Under the Store Manager, you will mentor staff, manage inventory, and ensure best-in-class customer experience.

You will lead sales initiatives, coordinate with commercial departments, and uphold safety and quality standards to meet store goals and customer needs.

Formación

• Leadership: demonstrate integrity, decision-making, and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication in Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, control shrink, maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial departments to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Enforce PPE use and safety standards to promote risk management.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
