Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets through effective inventory and merchandising.
• Monitor store operations: inventory accuracy, cash handling, shrink control.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE in daily activities.
• Resolve customer concerns with professional, policy-based problem solving.
• Provide training and development opportunities for MITs and staff.
