Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Technical experience in dealership/warehouse environments.
• Forklift license required.
• Further education in a relevant field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Parts Business & Customer Relations – Supporting parts sales to external & internal customers, developing customer relationships with excellent service.
• Support Parts Availability – Securing the availability of the right parts at the right time for external and internal customers.
• Support Parts Operations Compliance – Maintaining a well-organized and cost-efficient parts operation, ensuring cleanliness and meeting customer needs.
• Parts Department Culture – Fostering a positive environment with teamwork, accountability and professional development.
