PARTS SALES COUNTERPERSON:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Parts Counterperson, you will assist customers in person and over the phone to ensure they receive the correct parts for their equipment. Your daily tasks include identifying customer needs using literature, computer programs, and your parts knowledge, and recommending suitable parts or services. Success in this role requires excellent relationship-building skills and a positive attitude.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Verifiable experience in parts counter or mechanical/service roles.
• Knowledge of parts inventory management.
• Effective communication skills for customer interaction via phone and in person.
• Strong organizational skills.

Compensation: $23+/hr (Depending on Experience)
