Papé Machinery, Inc. – Construction & Forestry Division in Kent, WA, is seeking a Parts Sales Counterperson II to be the go-to parts expert for customers seeking to maintain and repair equipment.

You will engage with customers in person or by phone, identify needs, and recommend parts using product literature and our systems. A background of 3+ years in parts counter or related mechanical/service work is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Advanced knowledge of parts inventory.
• Self-motivation and assertive drive.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers by telephone and in person to sell company parts and other services.
• Above-average organizational skills.
