Pape’ Machinery, Inc. – Agriculture & Turf Division in McMinnville, OR seeks a Parts Sales Counterperson I to assist customers with parts selection, both in person and by phone. You will use product literature, software, and growing parts knowledge to provide accurate solutions and timely service.

Qualifications

• Verifiable parts counter experience or applicable mechanical/service experience.
• Basic knowledge of parts inventory.
• Self-motivation and assertive drive, customer service oriented, dependable, eager to learn and take direction.
• Able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication with customers by telephone and in person to sell parts and services.
• Above-average organizational skills.
• Available to work Saturdays during March–September.

• Identify needs and provide timely parts recommendations using literature and systems.
• Translate technical details into actionable parts support and build client relationships.
