We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves taking on challenges. In this exciting role, you will be the go-to person, assisting customers in Maryville to Knoxville, TN with all their power generator parts needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales for generator parts, service, rentals, and rebuilds across various makes and models.
2. Engage with customers and provide quotes for services while building lasting relationships.
3. Pursue new customers in your territory while nurturing current accounts.
4. Represent our brand at industry tradeshows and conferences, strengthening your network!
5. Develop strategies to enhance our generator service and rental growth.
6. Work closely with sales representatives to identify service opportunities.
7. Provide insightful weekly reports on customer concerns and market demands.
8. Manage your expenses with accuracy and timeliness!

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED (additional technical education is a plus).
2. Preferred experience in outside parts sales.
3. Solid customer service background, ideally in parts or technical support.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
7. A clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening.
