Job summary

Bill Harris Dealerships is seeking an Automotive Parts Runner/Shuttle Driver in Ohio. The role involves transporting parts and customers, running errands for the parts and service teams, and occasional out-of-state vehicle transport.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, with a high school diploma or equivalent. The position offers hourly pay of $14 and employee pricing on vehicle purchases, parts, and service.

Qualifications

• No CDL required; vehicle will be SUV/van-size.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport automotive parts; pick up automotive parts from other dealerships or parts vendors (within a 2-hour drive of the dealership).
• Assist the parts department with odds and ends: organizing, cleaning, cutting up cardboard, taking out the trash, assisting technicians, etc.
• Shuttle customers to and from the dealership; transport customer vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Transport vehicles from dealer to dealer. Could involve driving out of state.
• Assist dealership staff with daily tasks including but not limited to runs to banks, BMV, courthouse, post office, etc.
• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
