Job summary

RV COUNTRY INC is seeking a Parts Runner for our Fresno RV dealership. You will pick up, deliver, and organize automotive parts to support daily shop operations, ensuring technicians receive the correct parts on time.

Responsibilities include verifying part numbers, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory. A valid driver’s license and strong organizational skills are required; automotive experience is a plus. Benefits include insurance, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Basic computer or smartphone skills for communicating and tracking deliveries.
• Automotive parts knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and follow traffic laws and policies.
• Pick up parts, tools, and supplies from vendors and warehouses.
• Deliver parts promptly to technicians, service bays, and departments.
• Verify part numbers and quantities before leaving vendors and on delivery.
• Assist with loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing parts.
• Maintain records of parts pickups, deliveries, receipts, and returns.
• Communicate order status, delays, and discrepancies with the parts and service teams.
• Assist with inventory tasks and other parts department duties.
• Perform additional duties to support daily shop operations.
