Job summary

Haley Mechanical in Dexter, MI is seeking a Warehouse Driver/Parts Runner. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in the trades and a chance to support technicians with materials for job sites.

You will maintain inventory, load and deliver parts, and contribute to safety and customer service while working Monday through Friday at a competitive $15–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Drivers license and clean driving record.
• Warehouse experience (preferred in trades such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
• Good communication skills and well organized.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep the warehouse clean.
• Load and move heavy equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Prepare and deliver parts to job sites, assisting technicians with materials.
• Demonstrate efficient problem-solving skills.
• Operate large trucks and trailers to deliver supplies to job sites.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Participate in safety training and follow safety policies

Haley Mechanical is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing team. This is a great introduction into the trades and getting hands on experience.

What’s in it for YOU:

Pay:$15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday

What YOU will do:

• Maintain Inventory, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness of warehouse
• Be able to life and load heavy equipment weighing 100 LBS
• Prepare and bring parts to job sites, assisting technicians with materials.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
• Operate Large Trucks and Trailers delivering supplies to Job Sites
• Maintain strong customer service
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
