Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Team Member in Mesa, AZ to support plant parts room and maintenance planning. The role focuses on purchasing, inventory accuracy, and ensuring line uptime through effective spares management.

You will maintain inventory in Oracle EBS and Power Pick Global, perform regular cycle counts, and assist with PM work orders while coordinating with maintenance and production teams to optimize downtime and costs.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in field manufacturing or similar environment.
• 2 years experience in this or a related role (customer service/inventory a plus).
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (Oracle, SAP or similar).
• Proficient in CMMS/ERP systems and MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Restocks consumables and parts inventory; provides PO delivery status.
• Manages physical spare parts inventory and storage locations.
• Maintains spare parts inventory in Oracle EBS & Power Pick Global, conducts cycle counts.
• Generates PM Work Orders and assists with maintenance planning.
• Coordinates with Maintenance and Production teams to execute work orders.
