Job summary

Ring Container Technologies seeks a Parts Room Associate in Kentucky to maintain inventory accuracy and support maintenance operations. You will monitor stock levels, process orders, verify receipts, and collaborate with maintenance staff and suppliers to ensure continuous plant operation.

You will use CMMS for managing work orders, planning purchases, and training teammates while promoting housekeeping and safety standards across the facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with parts room inventory and CMMS preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with maintenance staff and suppliers.
• Commitment to safety and GMP policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient operation of the parts room.
• Maintain min/max levels and weekly spot checks.
• Complete full inventory quarterly.
• Order required parts in a timely manner.
• Verify receipt of parts against purchase orders.
• Stock inventory shelves/room with received parts.
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians and operators.
• Communicate with suppliers via phone, in person and email.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parts room.
• Notify maintenance manager when inventory is low.
• Use CMMS to plan purchases and manage work orders.
• Evaluate and improve CMMS usage.
• Assign parts to work orders and projects when removed.
• Assist training of other associates on CMMS.
