Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Parts Room Attendant for 1st shift at the RVI-Cuthbert location in Georgia. You will oversee storeroom inventory, receive and store maintenance supplies, and support team members in the parts room.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 6+ months in maintenance or parts room, and basic computer skills with SAP. You will maintain records, organize parts with min/max levels, and assist when the Supervisor is absent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months experience in maintenance or a parts room preferred.
• Basic computer skills; SAP required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact with staff and suppliers.
• Ability to read and write; basic math; work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control in the storeroom, including receiving and storing maintenance supplies and items.
• Support team members in the parts room and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain inventory records in the system and organize parts with defined min/max levels.
• Manage storeroom operations in the Supervisor's absence.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
