Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Understand production flow from order entry through shipping.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Manage priorities and workflow.
• Willing to adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• English literacy (speaking, reading, writing).

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
• Maintain and review inventory records for accuracy.
• Log parts and materials in Maximo and track issues/transfers.
• Verify inventory locations and labeling.
• Ship parts and equipment for repairs and returns.
• Receive shipments and reconcile against requisitions.
• Maintain a clean, safe storeroom environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy.
