Position Summary
Farmer Focus's brand of organic meat products has an opportunity for a Parts Room Attendant. In this position, the parts room attendant will perform various tasks to support operations by organizing parts, tools, and maintaining accountability and inventory of all tools within the Parts/Supply room. The parts room attendant will be responsible for ordering and reordering parts, supplying parts to maintenance, operations, and authorized personnel, and maintaining organized and clean parts area.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

• Maintain the reliability of the parts/supply room inventories for maintenance and operations.
• Receive delivered parts, replenish parts as needed, organize, and maintain the parts/supply room in a clean and orderly manner.
• Create work orders for parts.
• Perform daily inventory of tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with external suppliers and internal customers at all levels.
• Utilize and maintain Canopy System or other inventory databases.
• Contribute to a cooperative working environment by performing other job-related tasks as needed.
• Keep accurate records of parts inventory and incoming orders daily.
• Receive and issue parts in the system daily.
• Issue tools and equipment to authorized personnel and maintain records of accountability.

Education And Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of parts experience preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Schedule: 7am-4pm, 4pm-2am rotating with a day off in between.
