Base pay range

$33,000.00/yr - $34,000.00/yr

Compensation should range between $16 and $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Suggest additional products that will enhance the customers' RV lifestyle experience.
• Assist at the RV Superstore by providing expert-level customer service and product knowledge, offering explanations and training as needed, and collaborating with Dealership and Corporate Management to meet Customer Service, Merchandising, and Revenue benchmarks.
• Work with RV Superstore retail associates and management to order, restock, and merchandise RV Parts and accessories to ensure an attractive, engaging, and organized environment for customers.

Requirements:

• Experience in performance-based retail and/or sales environments.
• Experience in the RV or automotive industry, or similar environments requiring technical sales or customer service expertise.
• Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a retail store.
• Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including some Saturdays (the store is closed on Sundays).

Compensation:

• Full-time employment
• Pay range from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
