Base pay range
$33,000.00/yr - $34,000.00/yr
Compensation should range between $16 and $18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Suggest additional products that will enhance the customers' RV lifestyle experience.
- Assist at the RV Superstore by providing expert-level customer service and product knowledge, offering explanations and training as needed, and collaborating with Dealership and Corporate Management to meet Customer Service, Merchandising, and Revenue benchmarks.
- Work with RV Superstore retail associates and management to order, restock, and merchandise RV Parts and accessories to ensure an attractive, engaging, and organized environment for customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in performance-based retail and/or sales environments.
- Experience in the RV or automotive industry, or similar environments requiring technical sales or customer service expertise.
- Experience in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a retail store.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including some Saturdays (the store is closed on Sundays).
