Job summary

Timpte Inc. is seeking a Parts Representative in Odessa, TX. You will manage inventory and drive parts sales at the branch, with a focus on excellent customer service and accurate order processing.

The role offers competitive pay with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, holiday pay and a 401(k) match. Monday through Friday daytime hours, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred in parts or service.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

• Grow parts sales through customer interactions by phone, email, online and at the counter.
• Call on large customer accounts to increase sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for the inventory and sale of parts at the branch location.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for growth of parts sales through customer interaction via phone, email, online and counter sales.
• Calls on large customer accounts to increase sales.
• Responsible to understand and comply with all Branch Parts Policies and Procedures and also for Service Policy and Procedures as it relates to the parts business.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications

• Must possess an Associates Degree or equivalent experience in a parts and/or service environment preferred.
• Requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced working knowledge of computers including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
• Must have an insurable driving record and valid drivers’ license.
