Job summary

Leading Edge Equipment is hiring a Parts Shipping and Receiving Specialist to support Michigan operations. You will help keep parts moving with accurate receiving, organized stocking, and precise order preparation.

In this hands-on role, you’ll work with the Parts team to track shipments, perform inventory counts, and ensure safe, orderly work areas. Previous parts, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience is helpful, and enthusiasm to learn is valued.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills to keep priorities straight in a busy environment.
• Clear communication and team-focused approach to support a fast-moving team.
• Comfort using a computer and learning parts/inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming parts shipments against packing information, identifying shortages, damage, or discrepancies.
• Put parts in the correct storage locations and keep shelves, bins, and labels organized.
• Pick and stage parts accurately for customer orders, technicians, and internal requests.
• Prepare outgoing parts shipments and related documentation.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, returns, and follow-up on discrepancies.
• Communicate with the Parts team about priorities, missing items, and order status.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and follow safe material-handling procedures.
