Job summary

ScriptPro in Mission, KS is hiring for a Warehouse Inbound Representative. The role focuses on accurately receiving parts into stock, maintaining inventory records, and supporting general warehouse operations on-site at our Mission campus.

You will identify discrepancies, label and stock parts, assist with truck unloading, and pull parts for production and repair kits while maintaining positive customer interactions and flexibility to perform related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to operate in a warehouse environment.
• Experience using MS Office and Oracle for records and tracking.
• Strong reliability and attendance record.
• Ability to learn part numbers and manage inventory.
• Willingness to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchased, decommissioned or RMA'd parts into stock with accuracy.
• Identify, document, and resolve discrepancies (SNs, quantities, PO numbers).
• Wrap and label parts and stock them properly.
• Assist with truck unloading and cross-train in related roles.
• Pull parts for production and repair kits in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer needs positively and perform other duties as assigned.
