Job summary

Interstate Assembly Systems is seeking a First Shift Parts Puller in Marshfield, Wisconsin to support upfitting and production. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with duties to pull and pack parts for production and update work orders.

You will use the inventory system, handle will-call parts, and maintain accurate records. Candidates should have warehouse experience, forklift familiarity, and basic computer skills; lifting up to 75 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written and phone communication skills.
• Experience operating heavy trucks and/or equipment.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Good record keeping and organizational practices.
• Familiarity with heavy truck parts is a plus.
• Warehouse experience with forklift usage.
• Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
• Basic computer skills with MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Picking parts on scheduled work orders and relieving inventory via the inventory system.
• Respond to will-call parts needed by production and up fitting not on work orders.
• Add parts to work orders and correctly relieve inventory.
• Inventory control including cycle counts and location adjustments.
• May measure and cut material to length.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and follow safety policies.

Interstate Assembly Systems is looking for a First Shift Parts Puller at our Marshfield Wisconsin location First Shift Monday Friday 700am 300pm The Parts Puller is responsible for all aspects of parts picking in support of up fitting and production operations Parts are to be pulled in a timely and accurate fashion so as not to impact production and up fit schedule Parts are to be picked and packed for production to being work on the scheduled start date of the order

Responsibilities and Duties

• Picking of parts on Scheduled work orders and relieving inventory through our inventory management system
• Answer will call for drop in parts needed by production and up fitting that are not scheduled on work orders
• Adding parts to work orders and correctly relieving inventory
• Inventory control operations including cycle counting and location adjustments
• May require measuring and cutting material to length
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and comply with all company policy and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Solid verbal written and phone communication skills
• Working experience in heavy truck andor equipment operation
• Ability to work independently prioritize and meet timelines
• Good record keeping and organizational practices
• Familiarity with Heavy Truck parts a plus
• Prior experience in warehouse environment and forklift usage
• Familiarity with RF Scanners a plus
• Basic computer skills and experience with MS office and Outlook
• Ability to safely lift loads of up to 75lbs
