Job summary

Interstate Companies is seeking a First Shift Parts Puller in Marshfield, WI to support production and up-fitting operations. The role involves pulling and packing parts from scheduled work orders, ensuring timely inventory updates, and preventing production delays.

You will work with inventory systems, maintain stock levels, and assist with related tasks. Must lift up to 75 lbs, operate a forklift, and have basic computer skills. RF scanners and knowledge of heavy truck parts are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Experience with heavy trucks or equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet timelines.
• Good record-keeping and organizational practices.
• Familiarity with heavy truck parts is a plus.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and forklift operation.
• Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Picking parts on scheduled work orders and relieving inventory through our inventory management system.
• Respond to on-demand parts needs for production and up-fitting not on scheduled work orders.
• Adding parts to work orders and correctly relieving inventory.
• Inventory control operations including cycle counting and location adjustments.
• May require measuring and cutting material to length.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and comply with all company policy and safety procedures.
