LKQ Corporation in Redding, CA is hiring for an on-site Parts Puller/Parts Handler. You will safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse, locate and retrieve parts, pack them for delivery, and prep orders while maintaining clean work areas.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds (potentially 100). Training on forklift or order picker and familiarity with automotive parts are preferred; LKQ offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

This position may be directed by the Production/Yard Leader to assure that the parts are handled in a safe, efficient, and proper manner. Pay Rate: $16.90 + piecework**Essential Job Duties*** Safely maneuver around the yard or warehouse.* Find/Retrieve parts.* Package parts for delivery/or prepping* Any paperwork involved with the parts.* Pull work orders.* Use hand tools and power tools to remove parts from cars.* Operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) or order picker.* Pull and prep all sheet metal and other orders.* Tag all parts properly for the destination.* Communicate with Sales and Dispatch.* Must display a positive and friendly attitude as well as appropriate behavior during work hours.* Cleanliness must be maintained in the work area.* Assume other duties as assigned.**Supervisory Responsibilities*** Not responsible for supervising employees.**Minimum Requirements****Education & Experience*** High School Diploma/GED.**Preferred** **Requirements*** A working knowledge of automotive parts.**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities*** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
