Transmission & Fluid Equipment Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a 1st Shift Counter Sales/ Production Associate to join our team. This role blends customer service with hands-on problem solving and production assembly.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. You will assist customers, price items, enter orders, assemble hoses, and maintain inventory accuracy while keeping the counter neat and professional.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years customer service experience required.
• Previous experience in power transmission or fluid power products preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers by identifying needed items and pricing.
• Enter orders into the inventory control system.
• Assemble hoses for customers and manage special orders.
• Ensure correct parts are provided on time and in good condition.
• Maintain a clean, organized retail area and accurate shelves.
