This entry‑level role starts at $20/hr with a clear path to grow as you take on new roles and responsibilities. Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Temp‑to‑Hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Hands-on mechanical experience — working on cars, small engines, or doing your own repairs
• Comfort using hand tools
• Ability to read and follow written and diagrammed instructions in English
• Visual acuity for close work, color differentiation, and depth perception
• A safety-first mindset for yourself and your team

Responsibilities

• Prep and inspect transmission parts for heavy equipment rebuilds
• Operate a forklift and material lifting equipment safely (training available)
• Use basic math and US/metric measurement skills to check part specs
• Lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs. as needed
• Communicate positively and effectively with your team
• Learn to maintain the equipment and machines you operate
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards
