Job summary

Yates Services in Smyrna, TN is seeking a motivated warehouse associate to support the Nissan production line by receiving, stocking, counting, and preparing parts for assembly. This fast-paced role requires standing for long shifts, occasional heavy lifting, and quick, accurate handling of items. Starting pay is $18.57–$20.02 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits after 60 days.

Two forms of ID are required; background check and drug screen are mandatory. English language ability preferred; EOE.

Job description

• Support the Nissan automotive production line in the building of quality vehicles.
• Identify, check, sub-assemble and kit (sort into containers) parts to be delivered to the production line for final vehicle assembly.
• Receive, count and stock parts quickly and accurately.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards.
• Job includes active movement (bend, stoop and move upto 25lbs.), standing for entire shifts (8 - 12 hours) and working at a rapid pace in order to keep the production line running on time.
• Previous warehouse and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Starting hourly pay = $18.57- $20.02dependent upon shift. Paid weekly.
• Increases every 6 months until position top-out reached.
• Full benefits available the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
• MUST have two valid forms of ID; one required to be a photo ID.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend English preferred.
• MUST pass a THOROUGH background check and drug screen (zero tolerance).
