We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Order Management Advisor to join a fast-paced technical environment in Smyrna, GA. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing—from quote to delivery—while supporting clients with parts availability, shipping updates, and service inquiries.

What You'll Do:

• Manage parts orders and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
• Coordinate inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment
• Resolve order issues and provide top-tier customer support
• Maintain accurate order history and CRM records
• Suggest process improvements and stay current with product updates

What You Need:

• 3–5 years of customer service or order support experience
• CRM and data entry proficiency
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Flexible schedule, including occasional weekends/holidays
• Preferred: experience with parts ordering (AutoZone, Napa, O'Reilly, or industrial equipment)

Pay: $23–$26/hr + 100% Paid Employee Benefits (70% for Family & Children)
