You will manage ordering, invoicing, returns, and vendor relations while maintaining margins. The role emphasizes organization, communication, and physical tasks, with no weekend work.

Qualifications

• 1 year in any customer service or administration role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Able to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical tasks.
• Able to work in a busy automotive shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, sorting, labeling of incoming parts and invoices.
• Distribute parts to technicians and departments promptly.
• Maintain organized storage and accurate parts inventory.
• Process invoicing and returns; manage credits with vendors.
• Follow up on parts orders and communicate ETA to advisors.
• Answer phone calls and schedule customer appointments.
• Maintain parts margins and cost controls.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure correct parts are quoted/available.
