Parts Manager - Marine Industry

We’re seeking a proactive Parts Manager who thrives on solving problems, managing details, and ensuring the right parts are available for the service we provide. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, resourceful, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support our service team by sourcing, ordering, and managing parts for internal service jobs.

• Accurately identify and procure parts for a variety of marine diesel engines and generators.

• Maintain an organized parts inventory, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.

• Communicate with vendors to address backorders, availability, and pricing.

• Work closely with technicians and service managers to ensure timely delivery of needed parts.

• Monitor and track parts usage to optimize inventory levels and minimize downtime.

• Document all parts transactions and maintain clear, up-to-date records.

• Contribute to improving processes and systems to streamline parts management.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in parts management, preferably in the marine industries.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
