Ascendance Truck Centers is seeking a full-time, experienced Parts Manager to drive profitability of the parts department. You will manage purchasing, inventory control, pricing, merchandising, and service coordination to support internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations.
• Able to calculate discounts, percentages, and volumes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the Parts Department.
• Maintain balanced inventory for service, body shop, wholesale, and DIY customers.
• Set and review parts inventory levels for turnover.
• Monitor and adjust inventory to minimize obsolescence.
• Ensure proper tagging for factory credit recovery.
• Supervise stock ordering procedures.
• Develop wholesale parts programs to generate profit.
• Provide training and guidance to parts staff.
• Coordinate timely paperwork and shipping/receiving.
