• Valid Driver’s License.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Order parts accurately based on estimates and supplements; liaise with vendors.
• Track deliveries and update repair planners on status.
• Receive, verify, and mirror match parts to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage within two hours.
• Return incorrect parts to vendors immediately.
• Monitor parts KPIs, margins, and inventory spend.
• Post daily parts invoices in CCC One; correct as needed.
• Support technicians with parts knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and direct activities of the Parts Assistant when needed.
