If you’re passionate about process improvement, team leadership, and ensuring top-quality repairs, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do

As the Collision Center Parts Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our parts operations — managing inventory, optimizing supply chains, and ensuring our technicians always have the right parts at the right time. You’ll lead a dedicated team, build strong vendor relationships, and maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the parts department and supervise team members.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, minimizing overstock and stockouts.
  • Order and track OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts to meet repair schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for competitive pricing and reliable delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle returns, warranty claims, and parts-related customer communication.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership, manufacturer, and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive parts management, preferably in a collision center or service department.
  • Strong understanding of automotive parts, repair procedures, and collision repair workflow.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with parts management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and service excellence.

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory and parts ordering software systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse or shop environments.
  • Standing for extended periods as required.
  • Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours depending on business needs.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
  • Supportive, team-oriented work culture.
  • A chance to play a critical role in delivering exceptional repair experiences to our customers.
